Set up a meeting with IFFC Exco to sort the financial matters (see below for more information)
There are four different categories a team needs to pay:
1. Team League entry fee: 1.000RMB
2. Player registration: 100RMB per player
3a. Deposit for teams who minimum one season played without major problems: 2.000RMB (with problems then up to 4.000RMB)
3b. Deposit for new teams joining the IFFC: 4.000RMB
4. The match fee: 950RMB per match per team in Lidu and RMB 850 per match in Dulwich
+ Possible flood light expenses (in case of a match change with the use of flood lights)
+ Possible match change fee of 300RMB per match change (only three changes possible)
Last season’s IFFC teams must pay the Team League entry fee of 1.000RMB and the 100RMB player registration fee (per player) (the number of player is taken from the team registration form) until September 8th after the first and second Cup round. NOTE: Team players pay their player fee to their respective team leader (not to the IFFC).
Separately after the main organizing tasks are completed (the full schedule decided and official with the leagues and its teams as well the solving of the pitch problems, etc.), the IFFC will calculate the deposit for each team until the 15th of September (listing all the players who joined during the previous season inclusive students, amount of yellow and red cards and any penalties will conclude the “Deposit use Fee”). A clear and extensive explained calculation of the “Deposit use Fee” with the subtraction of the initial 2.000RMB Deposit will be delivered to each team. A week after receiving the Deposit calculation, each team must pay the balance, so their deposit is back to 2.000RMB again. Teams who had major problems of payments, had not showed up for a match, or had a bad disciplinary record may be asked for an increased deposit of up to 4.000RMB.
Newly joined IFFC teams must pay the Team League entry fee of 1.000RMB, the 100RMB player registration fee (per player) (the number of player is taken from the team registration form) and a 4.000RMB deposit until September 8th after the first and second Cup round.
NOTE: Team players pay their player fee to their respective team leader (not to the IFFC).
NOTE: Match fees including extra costs like flood lights or match change fee is to be paid before the match. Be prepared and collect before hand or the team leader needs to put front the match fee. If the match fee is not paid the match will be delayed and can not be started.
The IFFC will only organize matches without any flood lights fees (even if flood light is used, which can be the arrangement between the IFFC and the pitch owner).
Through higher power (extreme weather, governmental use of the pitch, etc.) matches may need to be postponed for a midweek evening match, both teams then shall evenly split up the flood lights expenses).
In one full season, a team may only make three match schedule changes. Each change costs an extra 300RMB and if the newly arranged match is in the evening, the team who changed the scheduled match must also pay the full flood light expenses.
1) Disciplinary Penalties
2) Yellow and Red Cards penalty charges
3) Newly joined players
In case the deposit is running empty (under 500RMB) the IFFC will ask the team to pay an extra 2.000RMB to fill up the deposit. This case could easily emerge when many new players join the team in the second half of the season.
1) Lost IFFC balls during a match to be shared by the two teams 50% each.
2) In case some team members break any equipment from the pitch.
3) In case teams or players buy shin guards or socks from the IFFC Official.
